Delivery Charges:
Delivery prices are flexible and will kept as low as possible,and can vary dependent on how many other deliveries can be organised, in close proximity at the time of receipt.
The prices on the Furniture Delivery page are there to give you a fairly accurate estimate on what to expect.
Delivery Time:
From the time that you make your order, every effort will be made to ensure you that you will get your item/s as soon as possible. This will depend on the availability of the product at the time of purchase, and also the logistics involved in getting the furniture from us, to you.
Delivery Service:
Every item will be delivered and placed in the desired room of choice in your home, unless agreed between Classic Uk Sofas and yourselves.
The delivery staff must offer a friendly, and helpful service, and will not leave the premisis, until they are convinced that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. YOU are responsible for the consideration of access to YOUR desired room, and if our fully competent staff feel they cannot put it in place safely, and without damage being caused to either your item/s, or your property, then YOU will be responsible for making the logical alternative arrangements. We will, of course, assist you as much as possible, in terms of advice, or re-selection.
Homefit Service:
This service must only be used for guidance. Every result will be an approximation only. But we sincerely hope that it will be of maximum assistance to you.
Payment:
You can either pay for the item/s in full, by paypal, or pay a deposit. The deposit must be at least ten per-cent of the full cost of the purchase. If the item/s have not been delivered within six weeks of the initial deposit or purchase, then you will be fully entitled to a full refund of monies paid. A deposit plus cash on delivery are fully acceptable. Also a cheque, (cleared before delivery) is fine.
Guarantees:
All Classic UK Sofas' products come with a One Year Frames, Springs and stitching warrantee.
Complaints:
In the event of dis-satisfaction with either our products or service, we ask you to communicate with us straight away, either by E-Mail or telephone. We will promptly reply to any queries, and take the most sensible actions required, to ensure that you are satisfied, and are glad that you shopped with us, and will do so again in the future.
